Rovshan Najaf was appointed President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), in accordance with the Order of the Azerbaijani president.
A separate Presidential Order relieved Rovshan Najaf of his duties as First Vice President of SOCAR.
