President Aliyev approves AzerGold Supervisory Board’s composition

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the composition of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company.

Pursuant to the Order, the following composition of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company shall be approved:

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Rovshan Najaf, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a member of the Board of Directors, Azerbaijan Investment Holding

Members of the Supervisory Board

Elchin Agakishiyev, First Deputy Head of the Main Department of National Revenues of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Ilham Panahov, Director of the Management Centre of Production and Service Facilities of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Samir Gurbanov, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Vugar Majidli, Head of the Finance of Economic Sectors Department of the Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
