AZAL, Azerbaijan Railways, Baku Metro and BakuBus transferred to AIH’s management

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the transfer of several state-owned enterprises to the management of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH).

According to the Order, Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company, Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint-Stock Company, Baku Metro Closed Joint-Stock Company and BakuBus Limited Liability Company under the Baku Transport Agency were transferred to the management of the AIH.

The Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with resolving issues arising from the Order. The Ministry of Economy and AIH will take the necessary measures to address these issues.
