AIH Supervisory Board holds meeting

On 10 March, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), Ali Asadov, chaired the Supervisory Board meeting of AIH.

The Performance Report of portfolio companies under AIH management for 2025, key performance indicators and financial results, as well as total revenue and EBITDA indicators, an overview of the development prospects of "Azercotton Agricultural Industrial Complex" LLC, application of newly adopted normative legal acts to AIH portfolio companies and other current issues were discussed in detail during the meeting.

Ruslan Alikhanov, CEO of AIH, delivered an in-depth presentation on the agenda items. Members of the Supervisory Board of AIH, the Chairman of the Management Board of AIH, and the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov, who was invited to the meeting, shared remarks on the topics presented.

At the conclusion of the meeting, decisions were adopted on the reviewed issues reflecting the views and recommendations of the members of the Supervisory Board of AIH, and relevant directives were issued to the Management Board of AIH.
