Leading Associate, Subject Matter Experts Office

Azerbaijan Investment Holding is announcing position of Leading Associate within its Subject Matter Experts Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysing budgets, business plans, strategy documents, and feasibility studies, evaluating financial and operational performance indicators
• Defining, monitoring, and evaluating KPIs, presenting findings to management
• Preparing analytical reports, briefs, and presentations for the Supervisory Board and other governing bodies
• Participating in responding to inquiries and correspondence from government authorities, preparing relevant reference materials
• Developing proposals aimed at improving operational efficiency and strategic development of portfolio companies
• Contributing to financial modelling and budgeting processes, providing methodological support
• Coordinating meetings and projects within the framework of cooperation with local and international organisations, government bodies, and partners
• Conducting research on global markets, macroeconomic environment, sector trends, and competitive landscape, preparing analytical reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in conducting financial and operational performance analysis
• Proven experience in building and working with financial models in MS Excel
• Advanced MS PowerPoint skills in creating high-quality presentations
• CFA or ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
• Strong analytical thinking skills
