Associate, Subject Matter Experts Office

Azerbaijan Investment Holding is announcing position of Associate within its Subject Matter Experts Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participating in the analysis of budgets, business plans, strategy documents, and feasibility studies
• Supporting the monitoring of KPIs and analysis of results
• Contributing to the preparation of materials and presentations for the Supervisory Board and other governing bodies
• Supporting data collection and preparation of relevant documents in response to inquiries and correspondence from government authorities
• Conducting analysis of portfolio companies’ performance indicators and researching strategic development directions
• Providing support in budget planning and financial modelling
• Participating in the organisation of meetings and projects within the framework of cooperation with local and international organisations
• Conducting research on macroeconomic indicators, sector trends, and market conditions, preparing analytical insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Experience in conducting financial and operational performance analysis
• Proven experience in building and working with financial models in MS Excel
• Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
• CFA or ACCA qualification (in progress) is an advantage
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
• Strong analytical thinking skills
